Sakai Toji Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi with a long blade in a single pulling motion.
This knife is single-beveled carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.
It appears to have been stored unused or nearly unused. A wooden sheath is included. The white water buffalo ferrule is very clean, though there is a very small insect mark that is hardly noticeable.
Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
