Sakai Sadamine Wa-Santoku Knife
This is a wa-santoku knife by Sakai Sadamine.
The wa-santoku combines the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese knife with the versatility needed for meat, fish, and vegetables. This is a thin wa-santoku with a simple stainless construction.
This knife is double-edged and made of stainless steel, so it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
Its lighter, thinner build makes it easy to control, especially for everyday home cooking and general prep work.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "堺貞峰" (Sakai Sadamine).
Length: 300mm
Blade Length: 170mm
Blade Width: 45mm
Blade Thickness: 1-2mm
