This is a stylish knife stand from the GLOBAL brand. The slot width is about 4mm and the depth is about 250mm, so it should accommodate most knives. Deba knives may be too thick to fit, and yanagiba knives over about 240mm may be too long. There are some light stains and minor loss to the finish, but overall it remains in clean condition. One side shows some staining or discoloration, but if used with that side facing the back, it should not be much of an issue. The knife slots are symmetrical left and right, so it can be used from either side as preferred.
It features the markings "GLOBAL," "YOSHIKIN," "GKS-02," and "Designed by Yuko Naito".
