Gou Gyuto Knife

This is a gyuto knife by Gou.

The gyuto is a versatile chef’s knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. This piece was stored unused. Please allow for minor storage marks. It has a very beautiful stainless blade in honyaki-style stainless construction.

This knife is double-edged and made of stainless steel, so it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
Its large profile and clean stainless finish make it well suited to users who want a striking chef’s knife with practical daily usability.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the markings "剛" (Gou) and "本焼" (Honyaki).
