Suishin Yanagiba Knife

This is a yanagiba knife by Suishin.

The yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi with a long, clean pulling motion. This is an attractive piece with a white water buffalo handle. The Suishin brand is also known from use by Kimagure Cook. With a blade length of 215mm, it is easy enough to enjoy sashimi preparation from fish blocks even at home.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
