This is a mukimono knife by Kikuichimonji Norimune.

This knife is double-edged and offers both sharpness and ease of use.
Ideal for intricate decorative work, this knife allows for precise control when creating detailed garnishes.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "菊一文字" (Kikuichimonji) and "特殊鋼本割込" (Special Steel Hon-Warikomi), with branding on the handle.
