Hiromoto Gyuto Knife
This is a gyuto knife by Hiromoto.
The gyuto is a versatile chef’s knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. The edge had been sharpened in an almost straight profile, so it has been finished in that same shape.
This knife features double-edged warikomi construction, combining sharpness with ease of use.
Its straighter edge profile may appeal to users who prefer a more direct cutting motion with good board contact.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "宏元作" (Hiromoto) and "はがね本割込" (Hagane Hon-Warikomi).
Length: 300mm
Blade Length: 175mm
Blade Width: 38mm
Blade Thickness: 1-2mm
