The aji-kiri is a compact Japanese knife designed for handling small fish and other close-control tasks. This appears to be an unused stored item. There is no sign of actual use, and the handle sticker remains bright and clean. Because it had been stored for some time, it has been sharpened. Please allow for sharpening marks and minor storage marks.
This knife is double-edged and made of hagane (carbon steel), offering excellent sharpness. Its small size and agile handling make it especially practical for preparing horse mackerel and other small fish in a traditional style.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "特製" (Special). The handle retains a clean sticker reading "手打ち" (Hand-Forged) and "さこだ" (Sakoda).
