Seki Magoroku Soba Knife
This is a soba knife by Seki Magoroku.
The soba knife is used to cut noodles such as soba or udon into even lengths. This is a boxed stored item with almost no sign of use, and the sticker remains neatly on the handle. Please allow for sharpening marks and minor storage marks.
This knife is double-edged and made of hagane (carbon steel), offering excellent sharpness.
A dedicated noodle knife like this is especially useful for handmade soba or udon, where clean and consistent cuts help preserve texture and appearance.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku). The handle also retains its original sticker in clean condition.
