Kiya Nakiri Knife
This is a nakiri knife by Kiya.
The nakiri is a double-edged vegetable knife with a straight edge for efficient vegetable cutting. This is a rare Kiya nakiri with the hat logo. It shows little sign of use. There is a very small insect mark from storage on the water buffalo handle, but it does not appear serious and should not affect use.
This knife is double-edged and made of hagane (carbon steel), offering excellent sharpness.
A rare and characterful vegetable knife, well suited to users who appreciate older Kiya pieces and traditional carbon steel performance.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "ハット" (Hat) and "木屋" (Kiya), along with the hat logo.
Length: 300mm
Blade Length: 160mm
Blade Width: 51mm
Blade Thickness: 4-5mm
Weight: 160g
For items with "Sharpened" in the title, the blade has been sharpened by a professional Japanese sharpener in Kyoto and is razor sharp. It is ready to use without additional maintenance. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us in English.
