Sugimoto Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife designed for drawing clean slices of sashimi with its long blade. This knife appears to be an unused stored item. There are a few tiny dark spots from storage, but there is no sign of use and it remains in excellent condition.

This knife is single-edged and made of carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
