Mino Seki Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a versatile Japanese chef’s knife suitable for cutting meat as well as handling vegetables and fish. This knife features a hon-warikomi construction with a carbon steel core. Some dark patina can be seen on the blade, but the sharpened edge clearly shows the bright silver color of the carbon steel. With continued sharpening and use, the darker areas will gradually diminish.

This knife features a double-edged laminated steel construction, combining sharp cutting performance with ease of use.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
