Seki Magoroku Gyuto Knife
This is a gyuto knife by Seki Magoroku.
The gyuto is a versatile chef’s knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. The engraving has faded from maintenance, but this is indeed a Seki Magoroku Shoso knife and still has plenty of life left.
This knife is double-edged and made of stainless steel, so it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
The all-stainless Shoso design is known for practical daily use, easy washing, and comfortable handling in busy kitchens.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
Although the engraving has faded due to maintenance, this is confirmed to be a "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku) "匠創" (Shoso) knife.
