Nagaragawa Santoku Knife
This is a santoku knife by Nagaragawa.
The santoku is a widely used all-purpose knife for meat, fish, and vegetables. This appears to be a nearly unused stored item, and the sticker remains on the handle. It has an attractive tsuchime pattern. As a clad knife, it likely uses a stainless-type cutlery steel core as well, making it both rust-resistant and sharp. Please allow for minor storage marks and sharpening marks.
This knife features double-edged warikomi construction, combining sharpness with ease of use.
A useful choice for those who want the look of a handcrafted knife with the practicality of a more rust-resistant construction.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "長良川" (Nagaragawa), and the handle retains a "手造り" (Handmade) sticker.
Length: 295mm
Blade Length: 165mm
Blade Width: 46mm
Blade Thickness: 1-2mm
Weight: 129g
