Noshu Magoroku Gyuto Knife
This is a gyuto knife by Noshu Magoroku.
The gyuto is a versatile chef’s knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. This appears to be a lightly used stored item. The blade has perforations, and the metal above and below each hole is slightly raised, helping food release more easily from the blade surface.
This knife is double-edged and made of stainless steel, so it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
