Soshu-den Nakiri Knife
This is a nakiri knife from the Soshu-den line.
The nakiri is a double-edged vegetable knife with a straight blade, making it easy to cut vegetables cleanly. This knife features a distinctive handle. There is a small crack in the handle, so please check the photos. Some dark patina is visible, which is typical for carbon steel and will gradually fade with proper maintenance and sharpening. Wiping moisture after use is recommended.
This knife features double-edged warikomi construction, offering both sharpness and ease of handling.
Well-suited for precise vegetable preparation, allowing smooth, straight cuts without crushing delicate ingredients.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
