Sakai Narihira Santoku Knife
The Santoku is a versatile knife widely used for handling meat, fish, and vegetables.
This knife is double-beveled stainless steel, making it rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
The red handle gives it a distinctive look. It shows almost no signs of use and appears nearly unused. Please allow for sharpening marks and small scratches. It appears to be a laminated construction with stainless blade steel clad in stainless steel.
