The Ko-Santoku is a compact Santoku-style knife that is easy to handle.

This knife is laminated steel, combining sharpness and ease of handling.

The edge was sharpened almost straight, so it has been finished that way. A Kinsei sticker remains on the handle.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
