Masataka Unagisaki Knife

The Unagisaki is a traditional Japanese knife designed for preparing eel, with different regional shapes. This knife has not been sharpened by our shop. Since sharpening preferences for eel knives vary by user, it is offered as-is. However, it appears to have already been sharpened originally, and the cutting edge looks quite sharp.

This single-beveled carbon steel knife offers a sharp cutting edge.
