Chen Kenichi Santoku Knife
The Santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife widely used for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. This is an unused stored item, and we did not sharpen it to avoid adding sharpening marks. Please allow for storage dirt or small scratches.
This knife features a double-edged stainless steel blade that is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
