Sakaiya Isshin Santoku Knife
The Santoku is a convenient all-purpose knife for everyday use. This item shows extremely minimal signs of use and appears to have been rarely used. It offers both rust resistance and good cutting performance.
This double-edged warikomi construction combines ease of handling with sharpness.
It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It bears the engravings "堺屋一心作" (Sakaiya Isshin) and "本割込GOLD" (Hon-Warikomi GOLD).
