Shirasagi Deba Knife

The Deba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for filleting fish, featuring a thick blade suitable for working around bones. Some patina typical of carbon steel is present, but the edge shows a clean silver finish. It still has plenty of life left and is ready for continued use.

This knife features a single-bevel carbon steel construction known for its excellent sharpness.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
