Ryozen Unyu Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife widely used for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. This appears to be a commemorative item, but it is a very well-made knife. It shows little sign of use. Although it is a laminated construction, it uses special steel, so the edge is more rust-resistant while maintaining good sharpness. There are fine small scratches and sharpening marks, but it remains clean and fully usable.

This knife features a double-edged laminated steel construction, combining sharp cutting performance with ease of use.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.

Markings: 祝落成 (Celebration of Completion), 菱善運輸 (Ryozen Unyu), 鍛錬 (Forged), DP, 特殊鋼割込 (Special Steel Laminated)
