Kotobuki Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife widely used for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. This piece appears to have been stored nearly unused. Please allow for small storage scratches or light stains. The blade shows virtually no wear and is an excellent piece.

This knife features a double-edged stainless steel blade that is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
