Munemasa Azuma Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a versatile chef’s knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. It had been sharpened with an approximately 80:20 right-handed asymmetric edge and has been finished in the same manner.

This double-edged Hagane steel knife offers sharp cutting performance. The slightly asymmetric grind enhances cutting efficiency while maintaining versatility.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engravings "宗正" (Munemasa), "あづま" (Azuma), and "日本鋼" (Japanese Steel).
