Noshu Masamune Santoku Knife

This double-edged stainless steel knife is rust-resistant and easy to maintain. A convenient and easy-care choice for daily cooking tasks.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engraving "濃州正宗作" (Noshu Masamune).
