Kisaburo Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a versatile knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. This is an unused stored item in very clean condition. Please allow for minor storage marks and sharpening marks.

This double-edged Hagane steel knife offers strong sharpness and long-term usability through resharpening. A dependable all-purpose knife suitable for everyday home cooking.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engravings "登録" (Registered) and "喜三郎" (Kisaburo).
