The Menkiri knife is designed for cutting soba or udon dough into straight and even noodles. Its wide blade provides stability and smooth downward cuts. This piece appears to have been stored in nearly unused condition, and the handle sticker remains in very clean shape.
This double-edged Hagane steel knife offers sharp and stable cutting performance. Its wide, straight blade ensures consistent noodle thickness when preparing soba or udon.
It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It bears the engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "勝鵬" (Katsuhou), and "特撰" (Tokusen). The handle has a branded stamp, and the end of the handle is marked with the character "勝."
