Yushun Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is traditionally used for finishing sashimi with a draw cut, but this knife features a double-edged design for easier handling. It appears to have been stored in nearly unused condition, and the handle sticker remains in very clean shape. The slim blade with kurouchi finish gives it a distinctive character. Please allow for minor storage and sharpening marks.

This double-edged Hagane steel knife offers sharp cutting performance. Its user-friendly double-edged design makes it approachable even for those new to sushi or sashimi preparation.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engravings "特撰" (Tokusen) and "優駿" (Yushun). The handle sticker remains intact.
