Seki Magoroku Tako-Hiki Knife

The Tako-Hiki is a Kanto-style sashimi knife featuring a straight edge for clean draw cuts. Its manageable size makes it easy to use at home for slicing fish blocks into sashimi. Light patina typical of Hagane steel is present but shallow, and the sharpened edge shows a clean silver finish.

This single-edged Hagane steel knife offers delicate cutting performance. Its straight blade profile is particularly suited for preparing sashimi and traditional sushi cuts.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engraving "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku).
