Masahiro Stainless Deba Knife (Good Design Award)
This is a Deba knife from Masahiro. Deba knives are traditional Japanese fish knives used for tasks such as removing heads and making three-piece fillets. This piece appears to have been stored with little use; the handle still has its original seal, suggesting only limited actual use. Overall, it is in clean condition, though we recommend checking the photos as well.
The knife has a single-bevel stainless steel blade, which is unusual for a Deba but offers rust resistance and easy maintenance while still being suitable for fish preparation.
It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
The blade is engraved "登録" (Registered) and "正広作" (Masahiro-Made), and the handle retains a seal indicating a Good Design Award.
This stainless Masahiro Deba is ideal for busy home or sushi kitchens that want the function of a traditional fish knife with the convenience of stainless steel.

Blade Length: 150mm
