Masahiro Nakiri Knife
This is a nakiri knife from Masahiro. Nakiri knives are double-bevel Japanese vegetable knives specialized for straight, up-and-down cutting, making them easy to use for all types of vegetable prep. This is a black-finished nakiri from Masahiro. The spine is about 6–7 mm thick near the handle and tapers thinner toward the tip.
The knife has a double-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade, offering strong stiffness and a sharp cutting edge.
It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "正広作" (Masahiro-Made), and "別打" (Special Forging).
