Sakai Kikutora Usuba Knife

The Usuba is a traditional single-edged Japanese vegetable knife suited for precision work such as katsuramuki (rotary peeling) and decorative cutting. This knife has been sharpened as a single bevel for accurate and clean cuts. It is a clean stored item with little sign of use, and a caution sticker near the handle end remains intact.

This single-edged Hagane steel knife offers sharp cutting performance. Ideal for refined vegetable work where clean surfaces and precise technique matter.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engravings "堺登録" (Sakai Registered), "菊虎" (Kikutora), and "特上" (Tokujo). The handle features a branded stamp, and the sticker remains intact.
