Tsukahara Kunihiro Ko-Nakiri Knife

The Nakiri is a double-edged Japanese vegetable knife suited for straight chopping. This piece maintains the full Nakiri profile in a smaller size. Its compact form makes it particularly suitable for herbs, green onions, and fine chopping tasks, and it is considered a rare item.

This double-edged laminated construction offers both sharpness and ease of handling. Its compact size makes it ideal for precise vegetable preparation in smaller workspaces.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engravings "ステン割込" (Stainless Warikomi), "塚原" (Tsukahara), and "国弘" (Kunihiro).
