Tetsuhiro Santoku Knife

This is a santoku knife from Tetsuhiro. The santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables, and this model pairs a Japanese-style handle with a stainless blade for easy handling. The handle still has its factory seal, indicating the knife has likely seen very little use and has been stored carefully.

The knife has a double-bevel stainless steel blade, which offers rust resistance and easy maintenance.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "哲弘" (Tetsuhiro), and the handle retains its seal.

This Tetsuhiro santoku is well suited as a primary household knife for users who enjoy the feel of a wa-style handle with the convenience of stainless steel.
