Miyabun Yanagiba Knife

This is a Yanagiba knife from Miyabun. Yanagiba knives are designed for slicing sashimi, with long, thin blades that allow you to pull through in a single stroke for clean, beautiful cuts. This piece is in very clean condition and appears to have been used very little, with a lovely water buffalo handle.

The knife has a single-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade that delivers sharp, precise cuts ideal for sashimi and other delicate slicing.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "宮文" (Miyabun).

This Miyabun Yanagiba is an excellent sashimi and sushi knife for home use or for sushi chefs seeking a clean, traditional blade for use at the sushi counter.
