Miyabun Deba Knife

This is a Deba knife from Miyabun. Deba knives are used for processing fish, ideal for removing heads and working through sections with bone. This piece is in very clean condition and appears to have been used very little, with a beautiful water buffalo handle.

The knife has a single-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade, offering powerful cutting capability and sharpness.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engravings "登録" (Registered) and "宮文" (Miyabun).

This Miyabun Deba is a strong, traditional fish knife for preparing fillets for sashimi or sushi, suitable for both serious home cooks and sushi chefs.
