Seki Magoroku "Shousou" Santoku Knife

This is the "Takumiso" santoku knife from Seki Magoroku. The santoku is a widely used all-purpose knife for everyday cooking. This model has an all-stainless construction with minimal seams, making it very hygienic. Although there are some minor scratches from use, it remains in clean condition with a stylish all-stainless design.

The knife has a double-bevel stainless steel blade, which is rust-resistant and easy to care for. The all-stainless construction also makes washing and drying straightforward.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku), "匠創" (Shousou), and "AD EDGE ST" along with KAI logos.

This Takumiso santoku is ideal for modern kitchens that prioritize hygiene and simple maintenance without sacrificing cutting performance.
