Azuma Roko Yanagiba Knife
This is a Yanagiba knife from Azuma Roko. It is double-beveled, making it easy to use with either the right or left hand. The knife appears to be a nearly unused storage piece. The blade has been resharpened, so please expect minor sharpening and storage marks, and the handle still retains a clean seal.
The knife has a double-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade, with sharpness suited to slicing sashimi and other thin cuts.
It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "特選" (Special Selection) and "東撈弘" (Azuma Roko).
