Seki Magoroku Ginju Deba Knife

This is the "Ginju" Deba knife from the Seki Magoroku line. Deba knives are traditional Japanese fish-processing knives, with thick, sturdy blades designed for tasks like head removal and working along bones. This knife was stored in its box and is effectively unused. Because the edge felt slightly dull, it has been resharpened, so minor sharpening marks and small storage scratches may be present.

The knife has a single-bevel Hagane (carbon steel) blade, and the freshly sharpened edge offers excellent cutting performance.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

The blade features engravings such as "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku), "銀寿" (Ginju), and "本鋼" (Hon-Hagane).

This Ginju Deba is ideal for serious home cooks or sushi chefs who want a nearly unused Seki Magoroku fish knife ready to work on whole fish for sushi and sashimi prep.
