Noshu Magoroku Yanagiba Knife
This is a Yanagiba knife from Noshu Magoroku. Yanagiba knives are sashimi knives designed for pulling smooth slices with a long, thin blade, ideal for preparing sashimi. This piece is a very clean knife with almost no signs of use.
The knife has a single-bevel stainless steel blade, which is unusual for sashimi knives but offers the advantage of rust resistance and easy maintenance while still performing well for sashimi cuts.
It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "濃州孫六作" (Noshu Magoroku-Made).
