Sugimoto Usuba Knife

The Usuba is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife used for katsuramuki and decorative cuts. The water buffalo horn handle has some insect damage, but the blade remains in excellent working condition. Handle replacement is possible if desired.

This knife is single-edged and made from high-carbon steel, delivering superior sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "杉本" (Sugimoto).

Perfect for delicate vegetable work—crafted by one of Japan’s premier cutlery makers.
