MAC Gyuto Knife (225mm)

The Gyuto is the Japanese equivalent of the Western chef’s knife, ideal for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables. This stainless steel knife is double-edged, rust-resistant, and easy to maintain. With a blade length of 225mm, it is larger than standard gyuto knives, making it suitable for both professional chefs and home cooks seeking a robust kitchen tool. It shows very little signs of use and remains in excellent condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
