Shirasagi Usuba Knife

The Usuba is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife designed for precision tasks such as katsuramuki (rotary peeling) and decorative cutting. This knife is single-beveled, forged from high-carbon steel, and offers an exceptionally sharp edge. It is in excellent condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings of a crown and "白鷺" (Shirasagi), with a branded mark on the handle.

Perfect for chefs who value precision and traditional craftsmanship, this Usuba brings refined Japanese cutting techniques into your kitchen.
