Morihira Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a versatile knife suitable for a wide variety of ingredients. This piece features a Swedish steel core, known for its excellent sharpness and edge retention.

This double-edged warikomi construction offers a well-balanced combination of sharpness and ease of use. The Swedish steel core provides clean cutting performance while remaining relatively easy to maintain, making it practical for daily kitchen use.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It bears the engravings "盛平作" (Morihira) and "スウェーデン鋼割込" (Swedish Steel Warikomi).
