Seki Magoroku SEIYU KAI Yanagiba Knife

This is a Yanagiba knife from the Seki Magoroku SEIYU KAI series. Yanagiba knives are traditional Japanese sashimi knives designed for slicing sashimi with a long, thin blade. The handle still retains the Seki Magoroku seal, suggesting it has seen only light use and has been kept in storage. As a KAI brand product, it offers reassuring quality for sushi and sashimi preparation at home or in a sushi restaurant.

This knife has a single-bevel stainless steel blade that is rust-resistant and easy to care for.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

The blade carries the SEIYU logo and lettering, and the handle retains seals for "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku) and "KAI".

This Seki Magoroku Yanagiba is ideal for anyone who wants to slice sashimi or prepare sushi at home with a traditional single-bevel blade that is still easy to maintain.
