This is a bread knife from Kiya’s RUGBY series. Bread knives are serrated knives designed to slice soft bread without crushing it. Because it has a serrated edge, it has not been sharpened. There are some small chips along the edge, but it is still very usable.
The blade is serrated stainless steel, making it resistant to rust and easy to maintain.
It features engravings such as “RUGBY” and “KIYA.” This bread knife is ideal for slicing crusty loaves and soft sandwich bread alike, keeping crumbs and deformation to a minimum.
The stainless construction makes it a convenient everyday tool that requires virtually no maintenance beyond simple washing and drying.
