Masamoto Yanagiba Knife (9-Sun)

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife, designed for long, clean pulls when slicing raw fish. This 9-sun (approx. 270mm) yanagiba is forged from high-carbon steel and remains in excellent working condition. Widely favored by professional sushi chefs, it is part of the Masamoto brand’s respected lineup.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "正本" (Masamoto), "A", "秀" (Shu), and "秀正" (Shusei) on the handle end.
