Masamoto Aji-Kiri (Ko-Deba) Knife
The Aji-Kiri is a small Deba knife designed for processing small fish and performing tasks such as filleting into three pieces. This is an Aji-Kiri from the Masamoto brand.
This single-edged Hagane steel knife provides excellent sharpness and an authentic traditional Japanese cutting feel. Its compact Deba profile makes it ideal for preparing small fish in traditional Japanese cuisine.
It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "登録" (Registered), "正本" (Masamoto), and "秀" (Shu). The handle end is also marked "正本."
