Masamoto Honesuki (Garasuki) Knife

The honesuki is suitable for removing meat from bones and breakdown work. Its square-tip shape provides stability. There are grind marks on the back side, but this does not affect usability. The price reflects this condition, making it a good value for those who do not mind.

This single-edged Hagane steel knife offers a sharp cutting edge characteristic of traditional Japanese steel.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "商標登録" (Trademark Registered) and "正本" (Masamoto).
